- Should I use an additional pillowcase over my Ortorex Memory Foam Pillow?It’s not necessary. However, if you want to personalize your pillow with a different pillowcase, it’s completely up to you.
- How do I wash my Ortorex Memory Foam Pillow?The outer cover is fully machine washable and dryer friendly. The core is spot clean only. After washing lay it flat to dry.

Once I purchased this pillow,it came within 16 days of ordering. Have been using this pillow for a week now. I suffer with really bad neck pain. So after a week of sleeping on this pillow,I’m still waking up with pain,but no where near as much pain I had with the old pillow I was using. Think it takes a while for your neck to adjust to this pillow.
I would recommend this pillow,it is comfortable,it’s got the groove in the middle, so your neck fits there nice and the side bits to sleep on if your a side sleeper. It’s a nice firm pillow too.
It had abit of an odour when it arrived,but I just washed the pillowcase it came in.
I would give this 4 stars and would recommend this and the price is reasonable.
