- 1. Stand up straight on a flat surface with your feet slightly apart.
- 2. Start the measuring tape at your knee and extend it down to the heel.
- 3. Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your calf.
- 4. Wrap the measuring tape around your ankle, just above the ankle bone.
