- TO MEASURE YOURSELF:
- 1. Bend your leg at a 30° angle.
- 2. Start the measuring tape 15cm/6” above the midpoint of your kneecap and extend it down to the ankle.
- 3. Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your thigh and the thinnest part of your ankle.
